I thought it was pretty inventive of this graffiti artist to put his mark half way up the side of a building. There was a bunch of construction garbage there, so that's how he did it.

I scanned this photo into my Ronco Graffiti Translator and it says something to the effect of: "get back to work you overpaid, lazy buggers". That they did. Today, after being legislated back to work.
